Fish meal plant

1. Crusher and metal detector

Raw material processing including crush and collect.When the raw material is frozen fish,need to be curshed into small piece,so convenient for transporting and improve the working efficiency. Collect means remove the metal inside the material by the metal detector,to reduce the damage for the follow-up machine caused by the metal.

The raw material of the fish meal including fresh fish and frozen fish.

2. Fish cooker

The material in the tank transported to the cooker by the screw conveyor. The material heated to 90-110 degree, to reach the best press effect.

3. Press

The vibrating screen will separate the liquid from the rawterial. The liquid will be transported to the press tank by the thread rod pump. The solid will be pressed, extrude the liquid from the soild.

4. Dryer

The pressed material will be transported to the dryer by the screw conveyor, drying the material. To make the fish meal water content less than 10 percent, then transport out of the dryer.

5. Cooling and milling

The temperature of dried fish meal almost 100 ℃, the fish meal need to be cooling and mill for  the next packaging and storage.

6. Waste gas treatment
