Dryer
Function:
This machine is composed of a horizontal shell and a steam heated shaft.Shaft is welded with the heating disk.The disk is installed with angle adjustable vane.During operation,the disk can heat the material.Meanwhile,it can transport the materials along the moving direction of powder exit.The steam distributed in device shaft can make the steam evenly distributed to each piece of the heating disk so the steam and condensed water will flow in the coil disk respectively on the both sides.And the high temperature makes the heating disk hold constantly.With the rotation of the shaft,stirring and mixing the obtained sufficiently,material commonly role in the wheel blade and disk,so that the material has the maximum contact with the rotating shaft and the disk surface.The gas produced by the heating of the steam chamber is exhausted from the top of the casing through a wind guide pipe discharges.The pipeline keeps a slight vacuum degree,so that the steam will not leak.Also it avoids excessive inhalation of cold air.The steam enters from the feed inlet of the shaft end,and the condensed water will be discharged from the powder outlet shaft end.
